Quorvex terms

Terms of Service

The business terms for using Quorvex, including the 48-hour free trial, subscriptions, customer responsibilities, and dispute process.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Quorvex, an intelligence service for business customers. Quorvex is operated by Aura Dynamics Group LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, the customer agrees to these Terms on behalf of itself and its authorized users.

2. Service and trial

Quorvex provides software and related intelligence features through the website and authenticated application. The current free trial is a 48-hour free trial. Trial access may be limited, changed, or discontinued at the operator's discretion, subject to any commitments expressly shown at sign-up.

Quorvex is a business information tool. Customers are responsible for evaluating outputs and making their own commercial, clinical, regulatory, and operational decisions.

3. Plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation

The current self-serve plan anchors are Starter at $250/month or $2,700/year and Team at $2,250/month or $24,300/year. Annual billing saves 10%.

Starter and Team subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until canceled.

Customers may cancel at any time. Access remains active through the current subscription term. Cancellation before the billing date prevents the next charge; if billing has already occurred, access continues until the next billing cycle after cancellation.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered case by case at Aura Dynamics Group LLC's discretion.

4. Accounts and authorized use

Customers must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify the operator of suspected unauthorized access. A customer is responsible for activity under its account and for ensuring that each user is authorized by the customer.

Customers may not resell, sublicense, share credentials outside their organization, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate law or another party’s rights.

5. Customer data and healthcare information

Customers do not upload data or documents to Quorvex as part of the current service. Customers must not submit patient-level data, protected health information (PHI), or other sensitive healthcare records to Quorvex.

If a customer believes that restricted information was submitted, it must promptly email the operator at admin.quorvex@gmail.com. The operator may take reasonable steps to remove or restrict access to information that violates this requirement.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

The service, software, design, content, compilation, trademarks, and related technology are owned by or licensed to Aura Dynamics Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its internal business purposes during the applicable term.

A customer retains rights it already owns in materials it provides to the operator outside the current service workflow. Suggestions and feedback may be used by the operator without restriction or payment, provided the operator does not identify the customer publicly without permission.

7. AI-assisted output

Quorvex may use artificial intelligence to organize, summarize, classify, or surface information. AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or misleading and is provided for informational support only. Customers must independently review output before relying on it.

Quorvex output is not medical, legal, regulatory, investment, or professional advice and does not replace qualified human review. Customers must not use the service as the sole basis for a patient-care decision, a legal conclusion, or a safety-critical decision.

8. Availability, warranty, and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that every source will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Dynamics Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions.

9. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a material breach, misuse of the service, security risk, or legal requirement. A customer may stop using the service and cancel its subscription under the cancellation terms above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

10. Governing law and disputes

Georgia law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and a reasonable business discussion. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may bring it in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and each party consents to that forum and jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
